„Instinct For Integration" – ESC project

„Instinct for Integration" aims to strengthen the integration of 25 foreigners living in Bulgaria by combining the power of performing arts, non-formal education, and cultural exchange.

Through regular workshops, seminars, integration meetings, cultural visits and creative labs, the participants will acquire soft skills, intercultural competence and will develop their personal and professional skills, co-creating a final stage performance tailored to a foreign-language audience.

For period of 6 months, participants will join a vibrant program to explore how art, theatre, and shared experiences can break down barriers and build bridges across cultures. The journey culminates in a final stage performance designed for a multilingual audience — a symbol of collaboration, belonging, and shared identity.

The project and the program was designed and will be implemented by team of professionals and young people with extensive experience in theatre, performing, stage arts, youth work and international non-formal education.

With the full support of the ESC volunteering programes, this project provides a safe space and free access for volunteering, intercultural dialogue and personal growth, while giving participants the tools to overcome challenges of adaptation, communication, and cultural integration.
