SINERGIArnSocieta Cooperativa Sociale was founded in 2009 with the aim to pursue therngeneral interest of the community promoting human and social integration ofrncitizens, through the management of social, health and educational services.
Thernobjective is represented by achieving goals of social solidarity and support ofrnfamilies and disadvantaged people, in the fields of social and health carernassistance and support, charity, education and training, assisting the elderly,rnthe disabled, adults and children and ensuring the best possible conditions ofrnlife from the moral, social and material level, and preventing, reducing andrnremoving situations of need, the risks of marginalization and socialrndisadvantage.
What we do
Thernactivities carried out in our area are:
- Monitoring andrninforming local stakeholders about the opportunities offered by the EuropeanrnUnion;
- Promoting andrnsupporting the participation of local actors in European, national and localrnactivities, presenting projects in line with EU methodology;
- Spreading European culturernin the local context and raising awareness about the concept of Europeanrncitizenship;
- Starting a constantrnand constructive dialogue with the EU institutions;
- Valuingrninitiatives, ideas and local projects through Communitarian opportunities;
- Facilitating thernparticipation of local actors in the political and Communitarian institutionalrnprocess;
- Promoting thernmobility of young people as an opportunity to contribute to the creation of arnEuropean identity through different experiences;
- Promote thernpersonal and social development of young people through European opportunities;
- Fosteringrninternational networks, European partnerships and exchange of good practices;
- Improving therncompetitiveness of local enterprises and supporting innovation;
- Providing trainingrnand guidance on programmes and opportunities for young people promoted by thernEuropean Union and the Council of Europe in the fields of education, training,rnmobility and citizenship;

Since 2012 we have participated actively inrntransnational projects in the field of education and training, volunteering andrnmobility.
With the activities we do, we try to achieve the goalsrnof Erasmus Plus programme, such as promote active citizenship, raise solidarityrnand tolerance, support mutual understanding of people from different cultures.
We had the chance to host participants in LeonardornMobility programme as in Erasmus Plus KA1, as opportunity to live an experiencernof life, work and/or volunteering abroad.

About the project
Title of the project: think up!rn– designing and developing regeneration plans through EVS
Duration: 233 days + 2 travelrndays
Volunteers: 1 fromrnLithuania and 1 from Bulgaria
Age: between 18 and 30 years old
Activity:
To experience the use of European instruments andrnopportunities in order to promote "social regeneration" projects. Volunteersrnwill be able to experience the FORUM HUB`s as a meeting point, for debate and supportrnsocial facilitation, in which co-design activities for the territoryrndevelopment will be carried out through European opportunities
Objectives:
- Increase the competences of foreign languages andrntransversal skills
- Increase sense of initiative of young people
- Increase active participation of young people to thernlife of local community
- Increase civic sense of responsibility
Tasks of the volunteer:
- support thernstaff in project design activities for the territory innovation and development
- prepare andrnorganize training and laboratory activities in the social, economic and urbanrnareas at risk of the city, aimed at promoting volunteering and activerncitizenship for social inclusion and the activation of vulnerable young people
- identificationrnand realization of a FORUM HUB
- realizingrninformation / dissemination activities on the opportunities of Europeanrnprograms
- collaboraternand participate in the European projects carried on by Sinergia
- age between 18 and 30 years old
- motivated to participate in a long-term volunteeringrnproject
- strongly motivated to stay abroad (away from theirrnusual environment) for a long period of time
- convinced that the experience of volunteering willrnoffer useful results for his / her own life (also professional)
- willing to learn and to take full advantage of thernopportunity offered by the project
- motivated to improve / enhance / develop his/her ownrnspirit of initiative
- motivated to improve / enhance / develop their degreernand participate in the life of their community
- motivated to know new cultures / uses / habits

- motivated to "spend" the project results inrntheir country of origin (possibly in the sending organization)
- Volunteersrnmission at Sinergia will take place from Monday to Friday. The volunteers willrnwork 35 hours per week.
- Volunteersrnwill be accommodated in equipped flat.
- Eachrnvolunteer will receive 240 Euro per month which are as it follows: 115 Euro forrnpocket money and 125 Euro for food.
- We willrnprovide volunteers with transport cards.
- Thernvolunteers will get a monthly allowance for food expense.
- Thernvolunteers will be provided with Insurance CIGNA
- Volunteersrnwill be mentored by their tutor and the members of the organization.
- Youth passrnwill be delivered.
