The Centre for Advanced Study Sofia (CAS) is currently recruiting a full-time, Sofia-based Office Manager.
Център за академични изследвания търси да назначи като част от своя екип мотивиран и ангажиран офис мениджър на пълен работен ден. Имаме изискване за добро професионално владеене на английски език.
Duties:
- Administrative support for an international, Sofia-based research institute in the human and social sciences
- Basic bookkeeping in assistance of the office accounting
- Ongoing and incoming correspondence in Bulgarian and English
- Maintaining contacts with the Bulgarian and foreign academic networks of the institute
- Reception duties, answering the phone, organizing occasional meetings, preparing administrative documentation, keeping minutes, keeping files, keeping the address and phone book up-to-date
- Coordinating the day-to-day work at the office
- Office management (supplying office consumables, etc.)
- Contacts with state institutions
- Excellent oral and written English. Close-to-native fluency is a big advantage
- Higher education with a profile in the human and/or social sciences
- Good computer literacy (internet, Windows, Word, Excel)
- International experience is an advantage
- Strong writing skills in both Bulgarian and English
- Command of German is an advantage
