Job description
Synergia Foundation is established in 2015 with the mission to empower visually impaired people in Bulgaria through social entrepreneurship and healthcare innovation projects.

We are looking for a pro-active, responsible and dedicated person with the mission to:

• Initiate contact with potential donors, supporters and partners
• Coordinate and support activities of other partner NGOs with focus on fundraising
• Participate in the implementation of the Fundraising and Communications strategies
• Implement fundraising campaigns through diverse marketing platforms and tools
• Develop partners and supporters database and implement activities to expand their involvement

The ideal candidate is:

• Passionate for social causes
• Motivated to work for group of NGOs
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with high level of energy and commitment
• Results-oriented team-player with the ability to prioritize tasks and strong research and planning skill
