The Atlantic Club of Bulgaria has two open positions for Expert Programs and Projects.
Your Responsibilities
- write and execute project proposals for international and local organisations
- assist in the design and manage the implementation of programs in cooperation with civic organisations, elected officials, local governments, and legislatures
- coordinate with relevant partners on program implementation and reporting
- organise logistical and programmatic aspects of projects and conferences
- draft regular narrative and reports, newsletter articles, and other documents
- perform periodic program evaluations and monitor program results
- supervise grants calls and applications
- maintain close relationships with program participants and partners
Education And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in International Relations, Political Science, Management, related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferably prior working experience in an NGO
- An excellent level of Bulgarian and English is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great time management skills and the ability to handle priorities
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Suite tools
