About Us: Entrepreneurs in Class is a pioneering organization that brings entrepreneurship stories to schools in Bulgaria. Our state-of-the-art platform connects schools with handpicked entrepreneurs, facilitating live, online, and recorded events. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Engagement Intern to join our team. If you have a passion for community engagement, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this internship is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and information management.
- Liaise with schools upon registration and booking of events, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the execution of live events at schools, ensuring smooth operations and engaging experiences.
- Provide administrative and analytical support, contributing to the success of our community engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian and English.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent or already has one.
- Strong organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Canva is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Available to work part-time, committing 20-25 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, providing flexibility.
