Fulltime / Substitute / Sofia based
We are looking for communicative, outgoing, and motivated team player with a positive attitude. Main duties for the position:
- Maintain and support Four Paws Bulgaria digital channels and website
- Develop, create, and curate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and infographics for various online platforms (YouTube, Мeta, TikTok etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish regular posts and updates and interact with our followers
- Ensure that all digital content aligns with the organization's brand identity and message
- Track and analyze digital communication metrics and KPIs
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of digital communication strategies
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public relations, or other related field
- Practical experience with WordPress or other relevant CMS platforms
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Good working knowledge of Meta Business platform and genuine interest in Social Media trends
- Good copywriting skills
- Good presentational skills + pleasant social skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow strict deadlines
- General knowledge of graphic design concepts & building successful marketing materials
- Fluency in English language (B2 level is a minimum requirement)
- Thorough understanding of MS Office tools
- At least one year of work experience in a similar position
„Bonus points” requirements:
- Adobe Photoshop knowledge or other relevant software like Canva Pro
- General knowledge of website management, UX & UI
- Basic experience in video editing including short videos and reels. If yes, send us a portfolio with your work.
- Driving license – B category
