FRONT OFFICER
ANIMAL WELFARE SUPPORT
(M/F/D)
Fulltime / Sofia

Main duties:

• Administrate documentation, correspondence, archive and database, inventory and insurances
• Support preparing financial tables, collect internal info for activity reports, copy of receipts
• Assist business trips reporting, coordinating transport logistics, booking of air tickets/hotels, visas
• Organize monthly office meetings, preparing agenda in Power point presentation and minutes
• Answer to telephone calls, emails and visitors in connection with the projects of the foundation and keep record by topics
• Take part in organization of internal meetings, events, Team buildings

Requirements:

• Excellent in written and vocal communication and conversation skills
• Experience in finance and administration
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ values and issues
• Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian
• English knowledge - level B
• Organizing and motivation ability
• Driving license is an advantage
