National Tourism Cluster "Bulgarian Guide" is looking for a proactive Community Coordinator.

What you’ll do:

  • coordinate collaboration with local communities, municipalities, stakeholders, cultural actors, tourism initiatives;
  • support the organisation of events, workshops, webinars, trainings, participatory activities and local actions;
  • assist with participant communication, event logistics and follow-up;
  • support community-led placemaking, sustainable tourism and rural development activities;
  • contribute to the documentation and evaluation of activities, good practices and project results;
  • support communication activities;
  • work closely with the project management and communication team.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • perfect English - written and spoken;
  • at leat 3 years of experience in project coordination, event organisation, community engagement, cultural projects, tourism or simiral initiatives;
  • excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, tasks and deadlines;
  • reliability, initiative and attention to detail;
  • interest in cultural heritage, sustainable tourism, rural development and community work;
  • experience with EU-funded projects is an advantage.

Engagement: fixed-term, part-time, with occasional travel abroad, workshops and events.
