“In the World of Real Chocolate and Cacao” with Flow Cacao Roasters
If there is one food that people of all ages, beliefs, and ideals love, it must be chocolate! But how much do we really know about this rich, delicious, and beloved treat? How is chocolate made? Where does cacao come from, and how does it taste before it becomes chocolate? Does it grow in the shade or under the sun, and what languages does it “hear” while it grows?
These questions - and all things chocolate - will be explored in this engaging session.
About Flow Cacao
Flow Cacao is a family-owned cacao roastery and chocolate lab, committed to using only pure and natural ingredients.
They craft small-batch products with fine-flavor, single-origin cacao beans, ethically sourced from growers in Central America.
Transparency, quality, and integrity guide every step of their chocolate-making process - from harvesting cacao pods to enjoying the first sip of drinking chocolate.
Flow Cacao collaborates with cacao producers in Latin America who prioritize training, education, and best practices in cacao cultivation.

Following Flow Cacao Roasters’ presentation, guests will enjoy signature cacao samples as well as alcohol-free beverages prepared by the ELC’s expert bartender, Hristo. The event will continue with engaging small-group conversations as part of the idea exchange.
