“Being Where You Are”: Reclaiming Your Attention - with Vassilis Xypolias

The English Language Café and Multi Kulti Collective invite you to Part 1 of ELC’s interactive seminar series focused on mindfulness:

This session offers an introduction to mindfulness as our capacity to “pay attention to what is happening, as it is happening.” Through a better understanding of how attention works, along with short practices and reflection, we’ll explore how attention often drifts into mind wandering and what it’s like to gently come back to direct experience, here and now.

Vassilis Xypolias is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and mindfulness coach at @Mindfulness360. His journey in mindfulness began in 2009 and includes professional training, international workshops, and formal studies in Buddhist Psychology at Kathmandu University. In 2015, he founded Mindfulness 360 with the intention of supporting people in cultivating and integrating mindfulness for healing, personal growth and overall wellbeing.
