IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The reference number RFLS-GPA-2012-9103234must be shown on the envelope containing the Technical Proposal and on the envelope containing the Price Proposal, as well as on the outer packaging containing both envelopes.

The BID FORM must be used when replying to this request for proposal. Please include hard and CD copies of proposals.
The Proposals must be received at the address below by latest at 17:00 on 17.09.2012, and will be opened on 18.09.2012. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF's requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them.
