Why joining?
At FindMeCure we help people to find and join clinical trials in order to gain access to innovative treatments. This is not an easy thing to do. That`s why we are looking for a kind and caring person who can talk to both patients and doctors in order to make this magical connection happen.
At the end of the day, you will know that what you do for living not only has a nice salary to it but also is one of the noblest and meaningful causes - saving a person`s life.
What would you do?
- Help patients by contacting clinical trials on their behalf
- Talk to trial investigators and research nurses in order to both help them as well as the patients that want to join their trials
- Help patients by answering all their questions on our live chat and making sure they feel in the right hands
- Track patients requests - features, bugs, testimonials etc.
- Engage patient communities and be a part of the conversation
- Superb communication skills - both written and verbal
- A nice and caring person - you will work with people who really need your help and kind words
- Persistence. Sometimes finding the right person in the clinical trial might take a while.
- Previous experience (at least one of these three)
- Medical background
- Customer Service / Support
